So I am moving around my laser and Usually I have the filter on the ground bending at 90 degrees. However If I move the setup like I have pictured I can save some space.
Do you think if I hook up like this it would still be effective? Should I put the filter on the ground again? I am in a school so fume mitigation is important.
The only thing is every turn in the hose creates more resistance to airflow. The general rule is short/straight is better than longer/curved. It will probably work fine, but a 90-degree turn is better than a 180.
