It’s different for everyone, depending on whether you Pre-ordered or not, so I can’t give you your specifics.
Go to glowforge.com, click on your name in the upper right-hand corner, click on Settings, then Purchase History. (They are using a new store-front now so it might be listed as a separate purchase.)
