Just added the GF air filter, but I cannot select it on the menu. Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks!
Only the owner of the machine can flip that toggle. If you’re a secondary user, ask the primary user of the machine to flip it. If you’re the only user, then this is something that’ll have to be fixed on Glowforge’s side. Email them at support@glowforge.com and tell them your “Glowforge air filter attached toggle is greyed out” and include your screenshot, and they’ll know what to change. Your Glowforge does not have the capability to recognize if a filter is attached or not, this is a manual toggle.
