Hello!
I’ve been using my Glowforge Aura + air filter for a bit and having a blast with it. But recently my Air Filter isn’t spinning up. I’ve tried a number of things with the troubleshooting (via forum search suggestions and the Glowforge support team steps). But while it powers up and can even connect with the laser, the fan has just stopped spinning up. I’ve replaced the filter, ensured no (obvious) obstructions, and unplugged/replugged, etc.
Any ideas on how to address this before I have to toss the air filter and get a replacement? (it’s out of warranty)
