Air Filter wont power on. Barely 1 year old. Cord tested, fuse replaced, still wont power on. No reply from Glowforge Tech Support.
If you received the automated response from the contact form, then a ticket was opened. It could take several business days for them to respond.
That said, the filter only has a 6-month warranty, so you’re looking at buying a new one if you feel you need it.
