Air Filter Won't Turn On Anymore

I’ve been trying to get support for over a month now. No one follows up via email, no one answers the phone, and now I can’t even get a Twitter response.

My air filter won’t turn on. The “solution” support offered was to buy a new cartridge. The one I was sent was defective. So it took multiple weeks to get that replaced. The new new cartridge is good, but (as I suspected) doesn’t make the unit turn on. I need someone to talk to me.

I deeply apologize for the length of time it took to get a response to you. I’m also sorry that the previous solution did not solve the problem.

Moving forward it looks like we are already getting this solved via email, or we are in the process of finding a solution. I’m going to go ahead and close this forum post now.
