I’ve never had this error before, but today it’s coming up on every project.
There has been some discussion of this confusing error message lately.
If your design looks positioned properly, just press the button.
As far as I can tell it comes up every time you don’t use Set Focus…but they still have Set Focus buried in a secondary menu. It’s annoying.
I got it for the first time the other day….i could have sworn I used the set focus….but thinking hard, I actually can’t recall using it after I flipped some parts in their jig holes. Could be why they ended up so soft….though I would have thought the manually entered height should have caught that and overrode the height. The burn and speed settings sure were there still but it was way out of focus. Had to quick toss a rectangle in there to fix all the missing outline lines. Maybe I goofed on both entering the manual height and setting focus?
I haven’t entered a manual setting in years, but if the first cut went, then you opened, moved stuff around, closed, and hit print there’s no reason for the focus to change…in fact that would be frustratingly annoying. One of the most useful things is that it doesn’t unless you tell it to…
If you can recreate the issue it might be worth reporting!
