I would be obliged if someone could point me to the tool or process for vertically and horizontally aligning a business card image on pre-cut blanks.
Not really sure what you’re asking for other than a template for that? You’d have to make one if you want to align the cards exactly in the same place each time.
Use a jig. There are dozens of previous discussions on that.

Yes, that is what I want, to get the business card placement the same each time. It sounds like I need to make a template of my pre-cut cards?
as @eflyguy says…just create a jig. Do a search on the subject and you’ll find more than you want to know
