Actual file name is “level 5 sierpinski carpet.svg”
I uploaded, set cut parameters, and hit “print”… OSX 10.14 (Mojave) and Chrome 69.0.3497.100
If you name your design “Preparing your print”, all will work as expected.
I’ve seen this too, and it’s been reported a few times.

Rarely does my system show the file name… And when it does, often the name doesn’t match the file I uploaded. But as long as it’s printing the file I want, I don’t worry about it.
