App.glowforge.com will not load my designs

No matter what I try, I all of a sudden can not get my designs to load. If I go the back way to do this and go to the catalog and select the design from there, it still won’t load. I did load my caches, and I did just update to the new 26.1 software. Any advice?

Same. These are my custom designs, some imported SVGs from other software and some that I created within the Glowforge app because it was easier at the time. Now I get “The design has failed to load. Please go back to the dashboard and try again” any time I try to open them.

Does this mean my designs are gone? Corrupted?

Welcome to the forum.

Your files are probably not gone or corrupted. Sometimes browsers or operating systems update in the background causing problems for a bit. I suggest you open the app in a different browser.
