I cannot get my browser to open the app.glowforge I seen someone else had this prob and they need to accept the terms and conditions again is there a way to let me know how to do that or help me in another way!

What browsers have you tried. What happens when you try to open the app?

To be sure - you are going to app.glowforge.com - not just app.glowforge, right?
