I sent an email a couple days ago and it is ticket # 119918. My proofgrade order is: R480832973. I am fully aware that submitting in here and via email may slow down the process as I have been following this forum since it started. I have ordered proofgrade multiple times without delays. Now I am 11 days in with no tracking and haven’t received it. The representive that responded to my email said “I’ve reached out to the team to investigate why you didn’t receive your number, and I’ll follow up as soon as I hear more.”
Is anyone else having this issue? And will this be resolved? Usually i have received tracking in 2 days and received the proofgrade by now.
