Hi! I haven’t used my Glowforge Pro in approximately 3 months. I went to use today and I am having problems. The power comes on, scanning happens and alignment happens. When my light starts blinking you can hear the machine starting up but the laser does not move. The timer on my program is counting down but no action. Can anyone help?

Support does not monitor the forums. Go to the Glowforge website and look for support. That will walk you through the process. Good luck.
