Clicking on most of the book links will reveal a “Print on Demand” option that lists the price for a printed copy. A quick survey showed prices from $30 to $200, with doubtless outliers.

Actually, here explains how you can identify and locate images that are free to use however you like, including commercially.

I find I have better luck passing off originals as forgeries.
