I tryed to down load the file but it only gave me part of it. The gears on the right side of the file is cut in half.

It only looks that way in the file because part of the gear is off his artboard. If you got it that way in your saved version, then you saved a raster version that won’t work. Right click and Save As an .svg (use Chrome, Firefox, or Safari - it won’t work in IE or Edge) it’ll open the entire file just fine (AND you’ll be able to cut and not just engrave )

Welcome to the forum!

It only looks that way because everything doesn’t fit on the art board, once you save it (as an .svg) and then upload it to the GFUI or your art program you’ll see everything is there waiting to be rearranged to cut.
