I’d speed it up and lower the power a bit. Do multiple passes. Watch it like a hawk. And don’t space your pencil jig cutouts too close together. They’ll have to be close for the pencils but between the pencils give some more space. Test a few cutouts first before you try to do a full sheet.
Also pay attention to the way corrugations run. If you can trim a piece diagonally or transverse the grain, that will lessen the chance of flame through the corrugations.
Most of the time I just make sure the corrugations are 90 degrees to the exhaust or back of the machine.
I just haven’t had much time with the Aura to test out and haven’t been following the Beyond the Manual topic well enough to see if anyone has posted cardboard settings for the Aura.
If you can get a thinner sheet of cardboard, that would be great to. Make it a lot easier.
