My Aura will not get beyond turning on the camera light. The head does not move into its default position, in fact it does not move at all. We had to change our WIFI 2 days ago and this is the first time I tried using the Aura. The WIFI installers say it is set for both 5 ghz and 2.4 ghz, which the Aura needs. Which is more likely to be the cause of the problem, the WIFI change or the Aura has developed a problem?

If you have a new Wi-Fi network name and password you’ll need to reconfigure your aura to connect to it. The main WiFi help page should get you going
