only used a few times and this happens all the time. cleaned as per tutorials but no change.
brought new and sealed with filter.
had enough already.

How was this file created? Are the engrave elements and cut elements in the same file?
The Aura is extremely sensitive to debris on the rails. After a long engrave, there is bound to be residue on the rails. You can stop and clean the rails after the engrave and before the cut if you are very careful not to move the material.
