I set my hangers to engrave and then they come out in a different spot.
Can anyone help?

This happens when the set focus is not placed directly on the area of the material where you will place your artwork prior to placing your art. Also, this item should be engraved with the tray out. It is definitely thicker than 1/4".

Aura’s focal zone is 0-1/4” above the metal tray so the camera is going to be wrong for any surface that isn’t in that range.
