My Aura will not turn on at all. At first, I kept getting the orange light and an error message saying that something went wrong. After many attempts of unplugging it and plugging it back in, it has stopped working completely. No lights, no sounds, nothing. I’ve already reached out to support, but since it’s after hours and going into a weekend, I’m wondering if anyone has any tips I can try while I wait to hear back from the support team.

There’s a few things you can try, but there’s a good chance you’ll need to wait for actual Support.
The orange light is an all-purpose “something is wrong” light.
So first thing - are you within operating temp/humidity?
Temperatures below 55 degrees Fahrenheit (13 degrees Celsius) or over 110 degrees Fahrenheit (43 degrees Celsius)
Humidity below 20% or more than 80%
If no, can you adjust that?

Very first thing to try is plug a light into the same outlet and prove the breaker is not tripped. It may just be something that simple 
and coincidental.
