Aura power issues - won't turn on, light working though?

My GF Aura (purchased December 2024) has been running well for one year in my apartment. I recently moved it to my new studio space and it will not turn on. The new studio is in an industrial building that is designed to work with machinery of all kinds, so I never foresaw this being an issue. It worked fine in my first-floor apartment just a few blocks away.

I know the outlets are working, as my other devices are fine. When I plug the machine in, the camera light goes on – so I know the cords are working as well, and some amount of power is getting through. But the machine never starts the homing process, the fans never start sounding, and when I log in to start printing the GF web app does not recognize the machine being on.

Any advice would be severely appreciated! Please let me know if you’ve had a similar experience or know how to troubleshoot

Have you gone through the setup process for the wifi in this building?

When you try to open a design, does your interface show the Aura as offline? If so, try reconnecting to the wifi by holding down the print button until it flashes teal and going through the setup process again. If the lights turn on but nothing moves, you are not connected to wifi.
