So everything was working fine and then it started to print wacky and would print partially in one spot then finish off alignment. called support but they didnt really help or suggest anything. any help would be appreciated. I am cutting stencils from black mylar in case that matters.

The Aura is very picky about having clean rails. If any debris is on the rails, the movement of the printhead is interupted and the result is cuts/engraves end up in spots that aren’t planned.
Clean the rails very well and often. If your job requires multiple passes, sometimes it helps to clean the rails in between passes. Make sure not to move anything if you clean between passes.
