My Aura is stuck on scanning mode. I have cleaned all parts of my machine, unplugged the machine, and have reset the wifi. It is just stuck. What do I need to do in order to get it out of scanning mode?

There’s a chance it’s your computer that’s stuck rather than the machine itself. If it hits an error it doesn’t always refresh entirely - depending on what you’re using you’ll want to clear the cache. You can also try accessing it by a completely different browser.
