Aura will not power up

Has anyone experienced this or have any advice?

I was trying to use my Aura, it was powered up, light on, but the app was stuck at “focusing”. I went over to the machine to look at it, opened the lid, the light went off and since then it will not power back up.

I have tried different outlets, other things (including my Aura filter) will work in said outlets. The Aura just appears to be completely dead.

I am so sick of problems with this machine. I have already had it replaced under warranty once, and still had issues with the new one (constant overheating, misaligned prints, the usual Aura issues). Now this.

I contacted support and they told me to calibrate the machine, kind of hard to do when it won’t power on.

I’m extremely disappointed, this machine seemed too good to be true, and clearly it was. It has been an issue since day 1.

If it is still under replacement warranty I would file quickly. However, the fact that most folks are not having those issues indicates a difference in treatment, as all machines come out of the factory virtually the same. I have a pro that has a very different set of issues but key to it is the temprature it can operate is very narrow so trying to run it in an open garage will cause the problems you are seeing. I can call it junk because it will not operate how I want to use it, or I can do what it needs.
