First Try with Proofgrade Plywood but never painted wood/plywood before. Please your advise of what type of paint to use and how to seal later will.be really appreciated.

Awwww, isn’t that cute? I don’t know the answer to your question, but make sure it is safe if a baby gets ahold of it. And for the same reason make sure the parts are not too small.

Alcohol ink markers look great on Proofgrade maple. I got a set of cheap ones on Amazon and have been pleased with the results.
