Hello guys! My machine stopped mid cut yesterday with the back interlock open error, the pin in the back is all the way in and my printer head is connected properly… anyone have this issue? I email support yesterday and haven’t heard anything back yet. I have lots of Christmas orders to finish and really need my machine back up and running.
