Bed image won't update. It stays in

The bed image won’t refresh. It’s got the image from the last thing I was working on. It goes from scanning, centering and focusing. I’ve been reading and maybe I need a new cable? I wish I could buy it on the GF website. It seems like a common issue. If that’s not the problem, I’d just like to know how to get my GF basic up and running. Thanks

When you open your lid, does the app say “lid open?” If not, it’s likely a wifi issue.
