Hi - My lights are all working but the bed is completely dark. I can’t see my material that is on the bed. Help, please.
If the machine runs thru the normal startup procedure with the head moving to center under the lid camera, then back to home, the lid camera has to be functioning as it’s a critical part of that process.
If that is the case, then support will need to get involved as there might be something in the logs that indicates what is wrong.

Glitch in the matrix…
Same scenario happened to me 6-7 times. It resolved itself by logging out, empty cache, deleting history and logging back into the dashboard.
