Being forced to upgrade to premium subscription

Been working all morning just fine…

Went to load in a design and the web app showed “this is taking longer than usual. Try re-loading page”. I figured it was a browser issue. I cleared cookies, etc. Now, when I logged back in, it is telling me that my Glowforge Premium has expired (I NEVER HAD GLOWFORGE PREMIUM). None of my designs are loading with YEARS worth of settings. I am in the middle of the last of the holiday rush…

WHERE IS MY STUFF???

Same problem won’t load any svg and now says I lost my premium package which I never had

Same here. Lost all files including stuff of the last 30 days. Please roll back. Making changes 3 days before Christmas is a bit wreckless especially when it wipes everything in your library including files that are supposed to be kept in the last 30 days.

Me four. Starting to freak out a bit when I still have quite a bit of cutting to do and not a lot of time!

Apparently there is a system issue and Glowforge is working on it.

If Glowforge is working on it maybe they could update the Status page currently everything is working properly and clearly it’s not

Remember Glowforge doesn’t monitor these conversations. If you have a serious problem going on you should call or write support directly.

Does this issue affect the dashboard website (app.glowforge.com)? I just get a blank screen.

To have a bunch go down like this, see if there are google outages. Or particular service areas.
