Tonight my plastic part on the right side belt tensioner bolt cracked and fell off. I checked the site and it’s not a replacement part offered there. In need on one ASAP, how do I get one? Or preferably a pair so I’m prepared if/when the other one cracks?

I’m so sorry to hear your Glowoforge has a broken part. Can you please post a photo of the part so we can make sure we can send a replacement part?
