Anyone having issues with Glowforge when it comes to billing and trying to get someone to help. I don’t mean by email or virtual. So far, this is the worst customer service. I would not recommend anyone purchase equipment. My review will definitely be the worst. Not happy with service.

Only us other owners here, so it’s too late to not recommend purchasing a Glowforge. The only avenue to support is by email. If you’ve sent an email to them and have received an auto response, that means they have received it and will get back to you.
