Black acrylic not cutting

My black acrylic is not cutting through its 1/8 but its cutting through 1/4 blue? I cleaned the mirrors an assist fan. I rebooted my laptop as well.

Is it proofgrade acrylic?
If not, you may need different settings.

thanks it was a design issue I re did the image and it worked
