These black rubber wheels behind the laser broke apart. Do you know where I can find a replacement for it? Has anyone had this happen to them before?
Those are wheels, and support will get you fixed up with replacements as soon as they see your post here.

Chuckle! They had a bad batch a while back so they can wear out sooner than is desirable. They should be easy to replace though, so sit tight to hear from them.
