Blank White Bed Image

Hello! Went to my laser dungeon today to start working on some projects and the bed image is… blank? White? It shows what I’m trying to cut but nothing beyond that.

I’ve tried the iPad app, the web browser (Safari), rebooting, refreshing, turning it on and off again, loading one of the pre created GF projects, etc. Oh and I checked to make sure the camera cables were all hooked in, cleaned the camera and loaded proofgrade material. Nada.

I am using a midrange GF and an iPad Pro (I don’t have a computer but I’ve never had a problem working from my tablet).

My projects are loading just fine. It’s only the bed image that isn’t following.

Oh is this like a sudden thing a bunch of people are having? I saw some topics about it but they looked older.

I’m sorry you ran into trouble. We were experiencing a system outage at the time of your report and I believe this caused the issues you were seeing. We’ve resolved the cause of the outage and you should be good to go now. If you’re using the App, you may need to refresh your browser.
