I have the dreaded orange slowly blinking button. I have this every now and then and can sometimes clean the fan blade or unplug it a few times and it starts up but it is not wanting to at all this time. It does make a quick fan noice when I plug it back in so I do think it is trying to start up but then it doesnt nothing and the light starts blinking.
The orange light can occur for a variety of causes however we have some added information and steps on the Help and Learning Center. The specifics steps towards the bottom of the page helps check for any loose connections, or verify if this is related to any temperatures outside of the printer’s operating range.
If you have already tried those steps, I suggest contacting our Customer Care team and including the serial number on the back of your printer. That will help them access the printer’s log files to review any captured errors.
