I was using the machine and it just started make the words more and more blurry and now circles arent circles. All lens cleaned and in correct, wheels look good, belts seem to be tight

Remove the carriage plate and inspect those wheels very closely. Also, check for debris on the rails and in the belts.

Also, the cut line is very thick. Make sure you put the lens back in ‘cup side up’, plus the 4 contact points on the carriage where the head pins connect need cleaning.

Your test looks almost identical to the example in this “print is distorted” guide in Glowforge’s help center. It should get you fixed up.
