Bottom lenses

I engrave and cut a lot of acrylic. Some has gotten on the inside of the print head and under the two bottom lenses. What is the best way to clear this out? Canned air hasn’t worked. I think this has caused my machine to stop cutting through at its normal speed.

The two tiny windows on the bottom of the printhead don’t have anything to do with cutting speed - but they are how it focuses, so it could have issues with focus.

Those are glued in, so there’s not an easy way to clean the interiors so I’m not sure there’s an easy answer! A staff member will likely show up and offer to sell you a new printer head, but that also seems excessive…though considering getting one banked for future issues might be worthwhile.

Thanks for the answer @deirdrebeth, that’s right. I’m going to close this thread - if the problem reoccurs cldavis04, go ahead and post a new topic. Thanks for letting us know about this!
