The lens on the bottom of my printer head fell out. I didn’t get to the pause button quick enough and it go lasered. How and where do I get new one? Waiting for answer from support right now.
Those are just windows, not a lens. You can probably still print, but wait for support to answer to be sure.

For future reference posting here also contacts support so you should do one or the other, and not both. You should have received an automated response from them instantaneously. You’ll see them come here and close this post, and then they’ll send an email - so be on the look out
