Bought another glowforge, not seeing in my account

Since I ordered a second glowforge before I even received my first, I noticed that it is not appearing in my account with a shipping/account status. I still only see the first one. Do I have to make another account even though my first order is under the same name/email?

My understanding was that, if you added a second glowforge before you got your email, both would be shipped at the same time. So that date should be for both.

If the person ordered one Basic and one Pro the dates are almost guaranteed to be different given how Production has favored one or the other over time.

It can take a little while for the dates for new shipments to appear. I believe you’ll see both dates there now.
