Here are the files for the puzzle box I posted about
Included is the AI, SVG, STEP and SLDPRT files (so you can mod this for yourselves) - if you don’t know the last 2 file formats (you probably don’t need them). They are the solid CAD models of the parts. I welded the acrylic with weldon #3. Just used a 2-4-6 block and some 1-2-3 blocks to hold it in shape, clamped it and then put the weldon into the joints. The joints are all using the laser joint plug in for OnShape (there was a recent update if you use that plug in)
