Brand new GF Pro won't power on

New GF Pro–just set up, tried multiple outlets, different plug. Nothing happens when I flip the power switch. Have checked the staple thingy in the back, it is pushed in all the way. Any ideas?

Uh-oh! About all you can do is wait until Support sees your post here…it’s opened a ticket for you. (Don’t worry, they’ll get you squared away as soon as they can.)
