Help!! Our belt snapped mid cut today- it’s on the left side of the machine- not the laser head belt you remove to clean the air assist fan, but one of the actual belts that moves the laser tube.
It snapped clean, and I can’t get it off. It’s stuck. So how do I remove it? I’ve already contacted support but I am hoping there is someone here who may have had this happen who can help me!
I’m sorry that you’ve run into trouble with your unit and one of the belts is broken. This is a part which we can send to you along with installation instructions. The installation process just requires a 3mm Hex L-Key and can be done without removing the gantry or tube.
