I had a small fire and the belt burned. I need a new one. No response for Tech Support… which Amazon products are compatible. We’re shut down at Black Friday… PLEASE HELP
Fires are not “expected” events, so belts are not a standard replacement part.

The ‘same’ issue? You mean a fire? A fire that causes damage is user error so I just don’t consider that an ‘issue’ such as a roller breaking, do you?
“ASAP” is likely to be a minimum of about 2 weeks. If you need a working laser sooner than that you should check into local tech shops or possibly other owners in your area where you can rent time.
