Hello all,
I am currently stressing out as I have hundreds of due orders for Christmas and just found my gantry wheel is broken. I have noticed “wobbly” cuts recently and did not put these two things together. Does anyone know where i can get one of these ASAP?! I have not seen replacement parts but this seems to be somewhat common?

Ouch!!!
You have to get them from Glowforge support. I don’t think anyone has found an off the shelf replacement that has the proper ratio of unicorn tears.
