Hello GF support - I have a broken roller on my GF. I emailed about it yesterday but no reply. Just sent a new email to support @ but I am looking to get new rollers as fast as possible as I am down in production and a medical client is waiting on parts. Does anyone know of an OEM replacement for these???
Recommend examining the other wheels and posting pictures of the broken wheel. There are a bunch of wheels and you have not described which one. If you wait for Support to respond they will ask for the pictures and/or description before taking action and you will lose another day. Wheels are not available from a third party as far as anyone here knows. At least one person has attempted to 3D print replacements but their turnaround may be no quicker.
