Broken track wheel UK

I’ve had my plus for 4 months and my track wheel has just broken off. How can I get a replacement please? I’m in the UK.

There are 16 wheels and pulleys on the machine. Some more detail - or a photo - would be useful.

They will not have to send the machine back and forth but this post will open a ticket and I expect they will be about to take care of it soon.
