Hello, not sure if this washer is a universal part I can pick up from a hardware store or if it is proprietary from GF. I am desperate to continue printing as I have a number of deadline projects to complete. Any help is much appreciated! Thank you.
Support will provide a replacement.
They are not generally available. They are a very common type of part, but the exact size needed for the Glowforge is not easily sourced.

Have you sourced this before? And, if so, where? Also, can I repair the existing one which, as you can see in the photo, is split in order to continue printing?
