Broken wheel on carriage plate

Will GF support get back to me within 24 hours I sent a photo of the broken wheel
Only owned since April
Somewhat discouraged

The original production wheels had not been a problem. At some point the company changed suppliers or allowed a specification change. There have been a lot of problems with the new wheels. A few have failed almost immediately, some will likely never fail. I wouldn’t doubt that the issue has or is being addressed but that doesn’t help folks with units that have the defective parts. Replaced as they fail.
