When I turned on my Glowforge the button was yellow. I searched the Glowforge site and followed all the suggestions - Wi-Fi is connected, cleaned the air assist fan. I contacted GF support and sent the photos they wanted and now I’m waiting.
Any ideas?
Did you double check to make sure that the white cable is securely clicked into the printhead?
