Button turns yellow after cut - wont cut again

I’m making a large quantity of cuts on cardstock paper.

After it’s done cutting, i’d like to put in the next piece of paper, hit print & it does it again.

After cutting, the button will turn yellow and the screen doesn’t give me an option to “print” again, even if I refresh the page, go back, etc. I will literally have to power off the glowforge and restart it for me to make another print.

Is there a solve for this? Am I doing something wrong?

You’re not doing anything wrong. The yellow button is usually a sign of a hardware failure of some type, I am afraid. You should contact support and they can check the logs to hopefully determine the source of the error.

Double check that the white cable is clicked in securely to the printhead.
